Information clause

Pursuant to Art. 13(1) and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC... (Official Journal EU L 119/1 of 04.05.2016), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, we hereby inform that:

2) The type of personal data: name and address of the contractor, name and surname of the contractor, contact details of the contractor’s employees (i.e. name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, GPS position – applies to drivers);
3) Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of concluding and executing agreements between the parties, throughout the term of the agreement and settlements upon its expiry, as well as for archival purposes in order to secure information in case of a legal need to prove facts related to the execution of the concluded agreement;
4) The recipient of your personal data shall be Sedina Group Sp. z o.o.;
5) You have the right to access and rectify or erase your personal data, restrict its processing, the right to transfer data, object, withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal;
6) The provision of personal data by you is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data shall result in the inability to execute the agreement;
7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
